Pepeta allows you to withdraw money via SMS.Below is the procedure to follow:
Send the following SMS to 29010: WITHDRAW#AMOUNT. For example: WITHDRAW#2000 to 29010.
You will receive the amount in less than 5 minutes.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Ksh 100.
LIMITATION ON PAYOUTS
- LIMITATION ON PAYOUT OF WINNINGS
- The maximum winning amount that will be paid out to a customer per sportsbook bet is KES. 4,000,000/- and a cumulative total of KES. 8,000,000/- per day.
- The maximum winning amount that will be paid to a customer is ksh 1,000,000 for all crash games per day.
- The maximum winning amount that will be paid to a customer is ksh 1,000,000 for all casino games per day.
- The maximum winning amount that will be paid out to a customer for virtuals is KES. 100,000/- per day
NB: Any winning(s) in excess of the limits above shall be voided and the stake returned to the customer’s Pepeta wallet
Bet cancellation
- You can cancel a bet within fifteen (15) minutes after placing the bet.
- Bets can only be canceled before the kick-off time of a match(es) in the bet selection.
- A newly registered Pepeta customer is only eligible for cancellation after the placement of the fourth bet.
- The maximum number of bets that can be cancelled in a day is three (3).
- The following bets CANNOT be cancelled: Live bets
- All other bets can be cancelled through the following channels:
Online: To cancel a bet, click on the ‘My Bets’ option or ‘Bet History’ and on the specific Bet Id you wish to cancel within fifteen minutes of placing the bet. The “CANCEL” option will still be active, allowing you to cancel the bet.
SMS: To cancel a bet on SMS; send ‘CANCEL#BET ID’ to 29010 within fifteen minutes of placing your bet.
