PLACING A SINGLE BET
To place a single bet you need the following details:
- Game ID
- The prediction (e.g. a 1X2 bet: Home Win = 1, Draw = X, Away Win = 2)
- The Stake Amount
Then send an SMS to 29663 with the bet instructions below:
- SMS Format: GameID#Prediction*Amount
Example:
- A match you has the Game ID 30250. And you predict it will be a Home Win (1) and you want to bet Sh.1000 – then you would send:
- 30250#1*1000 to 29663:
PLACING A MULTI BET
Placing a multi bet by SMS is the same as placing a single bet except you add a “+” between each leg.
To place a multiple bet you need the following details:
- The Game IDs (each leg)
- The prediction for each Game ID
- The Stake Amount
Then send an SMS to 29663 with the bet instructions below:
- GameID1#Prediction+GameID2#Prediction*Amount
Example:
- Customer wants to place a bet on a 3 leg multiple with Game IDs 30250, 30255 & 30260
- They believe all games will be a Draw (X) and you want to bet Sh.1000 – then you would send:
- 30250#X+30255#X+30260#X*1000 to 29663:

HOW DO I GET GAME IDs?
- Betting by SMS is easy once a customer knows the Game ID.
- Game IDs can be found on the website for each game or by sending the keyword “Games” to 29663
- To start receiving Game Ids on SMS, send the word Games to 29663.You will receive highlighted games via sms, at no cost.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT I CAN WIN ON PLAYABET
- The maximum win per bet slip is KES 4,000,000.
- This is also the maximum amount that can be won by one single customer in a single 24 hour period.
- KES 4,000,000 maximum winnings apply to sports betting – they do not apply to Jackpot products
